Please allow 2-5 weeks for most orders to ensure proper quality assurance for creation, packaging, and shipment. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination.   • If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

Returns are welcome anytime within 14 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To arrange your return, please email with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.
